Please read this Purchase & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing a membership or course.

Purchasing a Membership

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the price, billing frequency and subscription terms displayed at checkout.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to the content included within your membership.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

Subscription Payments

Your membership begins with an initial payment, followed by recurring subscription payments at the discounted rate displayed during checkout.

Recurring payments will be collected automatically using your chosen payment method until your membership is cancelled.

Cancelling Your Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time.

If you cancel your subscription:

• No further recurring payments will be taken.
• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (where applicable).
• Your membership will then expire automatically unless you choose to subscribe again.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made.

Initial Purchase Cancellation

If you change your mind after purchasing your initial membership, you may cancel within 14 days of your original purchase and request a full refund, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refund requests made after the 14-day period will only be considered where required by law or in exceptional circumstances.

Renewing Your Membership

If your membership expires after cancellation, you are welcome to purchase a new membership at any time, subject to the prices available at the time of re-subscription.

Future promotions or discounted pricing cannot be guaranteed.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to collect payment again.

If payment continues to fail, your membership may be suspended or cancelled until payment has been successfully received.

Changes to Membership Pricing

We reserve the right to change our membership pricing from time to time.

If a price change affects your existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before the new price takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the change applies.

Fraudulent or Unauthorised Purchases

If you believe a purchase has been made using your payment details without your authorisation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter.
