At Ultimate Flight Sim Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality digital training and educational content. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a membership or course.

14-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to purchase with confidence.

If you decide that Ultimate Flight Sim Academy isn’t right for you, you may cancel your initial membership within 14 days of your original purchase and request a full refund of your initial payment.

Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances.

Recurring Membership Payments

Following your initial membership period, your membership will automatically renew at the discounted recurring membership price shown at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent any future recurring payments.

When you cancel:

  • No further recurring payments will be taken.
  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (where applicable).
  • Your membership will then expire unless you choose to subscribe again.

Recurring membership payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds where required by law or in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payments.
  • Payments taken in error.
  • Technical issues that permanently prevent access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
